Players have been farming their packs for the chance to be able to turn all of their Primals and other Trade Goods into powerful, exclusive promos with the WoW TCG Crafting Redemption Program.
Players will have two choices for redeeming their cards:
- Attend a premier event and redeem your Crafted promo cards at the event.
- Redeem your Crafted Promo cards by mail.
Please download the appropriate form for each set you are crafting from.
Premier Events
Players will be able to take their Trade Goods (found on UDE Point cards in packs of Fires of Outland, March of the Legion, and Servants of the Betrayer) to Premier events and redeem the cards. This will include Darkmoon Faires, and other large events in the future.
To redeem your promos at the event, simply take the necessary Trade Goods to the event, and talk to the UDE representative. Players may be limited to a maximum of four of each promo per day at these events. If you have a very large number of cards to redeem, please contact entertainment@upperdeck.com to discuss bulk redemption options.
Mail-in Redemptions
Each mail-in redemption is limited to four cards per order. You must include the following:
- Print out the order form(s), and write the quantity in the appropriate box next to the recipes you are redeeming.
- Sort out the Trade Goods, and separate them with a rubber band for each recipe you are redeeming.
- A self-addressed, stamped envelope (standard legal sized 9 1/4” x 4” or 24cm x 10cm). Make sure to include enough postage to mail the promo cards to your region. This will need to include enough for 1.5 oz (45g) to be sent from the office you are redeeming your cards through.
- Either a phone number or e-mail address to contact you if there are any questions about your request.
- If you are located in North America and you have enough Trade Goods to redeem 50 or more cards, please call (877) 754-3835 or email entertainment@upperdeck.com to discuss a mass mailing of your material cards. Any mass mailings that are not given authorization will be immediately returned to the sender.
Redemption requests will be handled in the order they are received and may take between 4 to 6 weeks to process. We will begin sending out crafted item redemption cards no earlier than November 30th 2007. If you are concerned that we may not receive your redemption request we recommend using Certified mail or a shipping service that can provide tracking.
