Tools of the Trade - Putting Forang To Work Chad is my eternal nemesis at these Battlegrounds. He always has something good that’s just slightly off the beaten path. Lately he has been on a Hunter kick, Top 8ing Teldrassil Realms with Seadog Nally, of all heroes. | From Casual To Competitive - How To Play Water Elemental On Turn Two Basically, we want to make sure we can accelerate out something ridiculous on turn 2 or 3 using Stormwind. Currently our options are Water Elemental, Blademistress Lyss, Tinker Bixy Blue, and Myriam Starcaller. Water Elemental and Myriam both fit very well. Myriam provides us a quick way to win the game once we've established our dominance of the board, and Water Elemental stops our opponents from attacking to allow us to establish that dominance.
| The Gladiators - Warmaster Bo'jo Solo Warrior wasn't a deck that handled the spotlight well, though. After the triumph at Gen Con '07, the deck seemed to fade from the public eye almost as quickly as it had risen to the top. Dis is Kil’zin of the Bloodscalp, and I’m goin’ ta introduce joo to a few of my friends. My Troll brothers and I’ve been forgotten long enough, mon. We got some mojo to show joo, and if’n joo on da wrong end of it, it ain’t gonna be pretty. | Best of 2008 - Limited Advice - Gen Con Gen Con and the Best Four Days in Gaming -the new feature match area, drafting Pinprik, and WoW Minis- what else could you ask for? | World of Warcraft TCG 2008 Year in Review Hello, World of Warcraft Trading Card Game fans! My name is Dan Bojanowski, and I’m privileged to be the Brand Manager for this game. We’re nearing the end of 2008, and what a year it’s been! | Best of 2008 - Building on a Budget - Kneecapping On A Budget Decks based around a single hero and his or her vainglorious need to accessorize have been around since Heroes of Azeroth was the only set on store shelves. It works, in part, because equipment tends to have more staying power than allies. There’s a very narrow band of cards that can take out the dreaded gray-bordered cards—but nearly everything printed on cardstock can kill, maim, or otherwise neutralize (sheepify?) allies. So, why run any fragile critters at all? | There Can Be Only... Two? The 2008 Realm Championship Season 2 has drawn to a close. The Champions are planning their vacations and many are sharing their memories about The Burning Crusade Block. Before we move on to the new year and Realm Season 3, we have a loose end to tie up…awarding Realm Conqueror |
